The staff at were very friendly, and the location was extremely convenient, being close to the station. It’s just one block away from Powell station, and the entrance is always locked, requiring a key card for entry, so there’s no need to worry about security. There are also plenty of charging ports - 4 on the wall, 2 at the head of the bed, and 2 at the bottom - making it sufficient without needing a power strip. Notably, near the bed, there are 2 USB-type ports at the headboard, and at the bottom, there’s 1 C-type and 2 USB-type ports in 2 sets, allowing for easy charging even without a voltage converter. Under the bed, there are two drawers for storing luggage, each of which can be locked. On the second floor, there’s a lounge, laundry area, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with machines for various coffees and hot chocolate, as well as a water purifier and ice dispenser, making it very convenient. The water purifier, in particular, is a great advantage as it allows unlimited access to drinking water.

Employees were very friendly, the hotel inside felt very safe, and it was not noisy at all even though it is very central. Our room was quite okay in size, beds comfy and big enough, clean and tidy. The bathroom is also big enough (not too small, also shampoo and shower gel smell so nice)! There was one window with the view on the inside of the building, so we kept curtains down. It worked for us because we did not come for the room view... Common rooms are very nice (spacious kitchen with ice machine as well) and coffee there is great (and free of charge)! We did not use the laundry room, but it was also available and working. You can also leave the bags in a secured room if you come too early (or leave later), which is very nice.

Central position to everything. My room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The locker room was a convienent option to store my lugagge until the check-in. There is a shared kitchen to get a coffee or tea, reheat your meals or store them in the fridge. The self service laundry in the hotel was a big help. What i found the best was the conciergerie assistance from the staff and especially Asal, the hotel manager, as they received my packages which were delivered to the hotel before my arrival. They stored it safely for me. I appreciated it very much. The metro station is a one minute walk when arriving from or to the airport. Great experience which made my stay in San Francisco even more pleasant.

Great location and friendly staff. The hotel itself is really nice, admittedly we were staying in one of the quad rooms and you couldn't swing a cat in one, but we were all friends and it served the purpose for a single night in a central location with comfy beds and an en-suite. I would stay in one of the normal rooms if I was staying longer than a night or two, but the quad rooms are pokey. The hotel is located far enough away from sketchy part of SF, albeit still close, but not enough for it to be a concern. Was several 24 hour parking options nearby too which was handy

We enjoyed staying at Found. It was clean, tidy and worked well as we had chose the option of two single beds (as travelling with my daughter) at a good price. The rooms were well presented and the beds comfortable. The hotel was well secured with individual codes to enter both the main door and the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. We made use of the guest laundry which was handy - only wish I could have purchased a single dose of detergent onsite as had to buy a lot more than we needed at the local CVS. Would be happy to stay there again.
